CONTEST -
"Why I Want To Learn
To Fly"

Requirements:
- Write a one page, type-written, double-space
letter entitled "Why I Want to Learn to Fly".
- Must a be a Minnesota resident.
- Must learn to fly at a MATA member flight
school.
- Must be at least 16 years of age.
- Must be received by August 31.
The winner will be presented annually the scholarship at the Minnesota Aviation Trades Association Annual Convention, held
September 2007, at the Mermaid Entertainment and Event Center, www.mermaidminnesota.com,
in Mounds View, MN.

GRANTS -
"The Minnesota
Aviation Trades Association is Providing Aviation Grants"
To foster industry growth
by continually planting seeds, MATA is providing aviation related
grants on an annual basis to organizations meeting the requirements
criteria. It is a simple and low time commitment to complete.
Requirements:
- Request must be in writing, providing
specifics on the purpose of the grant, and a description
of the requesting organization.
- Aviation grant must be used for
aviation related purposes.
- Aviation grant must be used in the
State of Minnesota.
Airways Aviation Center
- Written request must be received
by August 31.
Winners of the grants will be presented
a check at MATA's annual convention in October. Good luck
to all the applicants!
